Sorry about all the
small print folks... Most people know these things but, I have to write it all down somewhere
HOSTS
(Private Parties) ... please read the following:
In Group readings, where all the people are in the same room with the Medium it can not be guaranteed
that every sitter will get a reading, however hard the Medium may try. Some people are just too nervous, scared or skeptical.
Individual
Readings and Small Groups
Each sitter is asked to read following: so, everyone knows what to expect.
Your reading can contain any of the subjects below.
Relationship
/ Partner / very close friend. Health / body / mind. Family. Work Career. Home / Moves. Business.
Money Matters. Courses / Projects / Uni / Education. Legal / Court / Crime. Leisure / Sport / Social. Loved Ones.
Spiritual messages. Your spiritual path and development.
- I will always do my best for you.
During our time together you are the most important person to me and I want you to be pleased with your reading but,
PLEASE understand that I am not the same as other Mediums.
- If I feel I'm not connecting with you in the first 5 minutes I will stop the reading.
This doesn't happen very often. I am not obliged to give a reason. Alternatively... If you don't feel I'm
connecting with you...Please say so. Don't sit there for 30 / 45 minutes (as some people do), and then
say you didn't understand what was being said. (The fee will still stand).
- During your reading: Please remain relaxed, patient
and open minded. A closed minded person will think of only one thing or expect certain information straight away.
- If I ask you any questions
just answer with a clear...YES or NO. This is to eliminate the possibility
of, 'cold reading'. I'm not trying to get information out of you, I just need to know that you understand
what's being said.
- Spirit
don't always tell you what you expect. They usually tell you what you need at the time of your reading.
- Loved Ones: I am
guided by my Spirit Guide. I can't summon or guarantee who will come through. If you expect a certain 'loved one'
to come through you may be disappointed.
- I will not elaborate or try to impress you.
I can only give you what my Guide and Spirit gives
me. - I am not allowed
to SPY on other people for you. Please don't ask me questions about other people... e.g. a partner or ex-lover
etc.
- Always take professional
advice where appropriate.
- Any Reading or
Demonstration of Mediumship given by me has to classified as: for entertainment purposes
only.
That's your safety bit out
of the way. (For you and Me).

PLEASE NOTE: I'm
not a 'fortune teller' I don't use cards or a crystal ball or any other paraphernalia.
Asking me for any of these, 'other' services WILL CAUSE OFFENCE
Pubs / Social Clubs / public performance / entertaiment
areas.
Disruptive or, aggressive behavior will NOT BE Tolerated.
Landlords and Owners know who their trouble makers / sceptics / comedians are.

Section 1. Reading. Terms... Disclaimer: Repeal of the Fraudulent Mediums Act 1951. (Effective April
2008). Due to the above law changes it is important to note that this service is authentic and genuine and delivered with
honesty and good intention however, you, the buyer accept that any psychic, clairvoyant, spiritualistic services is a scientific
experiment process. In buying this service you accept that the outcome or result of the service is not guaranteed and
that it is purely for entertainment. This disclaimer applies to all services offered by Chris Butler Medium and any
statement made on this site.
Section 2. Terms... Treatment
of Mediums. The person, host, agent, organiser, hiring Chris Butler Medium,
or any of his representatives for whatever duration of time should be aware that these services are given with respect and
delivered with honesty and good intention therefore every consideration for the Medium's welfare and feelings is expected
in return. For instance... Chris will not work in inappropriate rooms... e.g. 'bedrooms' Noise must be kept at a level so that Chris can concentrate on
his work. Bad
or abusive language will not be tolerated.... and so on.
Section 3. Please be aware that should any of the above (Section 2. Terms) be abused, ignored or miss-managed and the
Medium or, his representative feel they are being mistreated in any way whatsoever, they will stop the proceedings, leave
the premises and the full fee will stand.
Section 4. To promote greater understanding prior to a reading, group readings or event, please read the following. Please understand that you can not, 'Buy' the Medium or Spirit or a "quantity of messages"
or a particular "Loved One" (to appear or manifest or make themselves available upon demand), and although an entertainment
this demonstration is not a rehearsed, 'performance'.
The purchase of a ticket or entrance fee to a 'show' does not guarantee the purchaser will get
a reading.
General
Notes:-
A reading or demonstration in public depends on the sitters attitude
at the time of the reading. Mediums are NOT mind readers or ALL SEEING prophets. People shouldn't expect Mediums to know EVERYTHING the second they sit down...
it doesn't work like that. A good Medium will not try to impress their clients or tell people want they want to hear just to keep them coming
back week after week. A true Medium will only give people what they receive from Spirit
People can spoil a reading or demonstration if they are
too sceptical or, is treat the reading as a game or, are being too defensive or frivolous.
If a person or an audience tries to TEST Spirit
(or, the Medium), by not being wholly truthful and overly mysterious and "cleaver". e.g. saying 'No'
all the time just to be awkward, the Medium will know.
DEPOSITS AND BOOKINGS
Until a deposit is paid the booking can only be provisional. (Penciled in).
Deposits
must be paid 28 days in advance of a booking. (or, by an agreed date).
Cancellations:
One months notice of
cancellation. No Charge.
Two weeks notice... a booking fee of £20 will be charged.
One weeks notice... Half
the agreed fee will be charged
Less than 48 hours... The whole fee will be charged.
A false booking or double booking...
The whole fee will be charged.
Please note that an Email is a legal document and shows intent.
FULL PAYMENT
All
payment of balance owing (other than deposit) to be paid at the time of the event. No deductions through poor ticket
sales or lack of advertising will be taken into account and the agreed fee is that which was made at the time of the booking.
TERMS & CONDITIONS... FEE.
Please note that if any of the above terms and conditions are not met that the whole fee will stand.
